Project Overview
Located just minutes from scenic Joe Pool Lake in Cedar Hill, Texas, this 8,000 sq. ft. retail space was documented to support a new fit-out. Formerly used by fashion brands, the store required updated plans to reflect open interiors with suspended chandeliers, exposed steel, and floating ceilings. Back-of-house areas, including restrooms, storage, and kitchenette, were also captured, ensuring precise documentation for renovation and future design phases.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS developed a coordinated as-built package by combining architectural, structural, and MEP systems into a unified model. Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scans allowed accuracy even in tall, complex spaces, forming the basis for renovation.
