Project Overview
Located in Miami, Florida, this 2,709-square-foot retail unit required a high-precision Scan-to-BIM survey to support upcoming renovations. The building, currently housing a RIMOWA store, spans two floors and includes detailed architectural finishes. DCMS was brought in to digitally document existing conditions, providing the design team with reliable as-built documentation for accurate space planning and fixture integration.
