Project Overview
Situated within a newly built development near Old Town Scottsdale, a district known for its shopping and entertainment, the 2,492 sq. ft. retail space was documented during its outfitting phase for a high-end fashion brand. The open-plan layout combines retail zones with integrated service areas, requiring precise coordination of lighting, signage, and security systems. DCMS produced accurate documentation to support interior design and technical planning, ensuring the space is ready for brand-specific implementation.

Our Role & Technology
Using LiDAR-enabled Matterport Pro3 scanning, DCMS delivered a high-precision digital twin and detailed 2D documentation tailored to the client’s retail standards. The point cloud served as the foundation for a clean, accurate Revit model used to generate CAD outputs.
Modeled ceiling fixtures, CCTV, EXIT signs, smoke detectors, and access hatches
Produced floor plans and elevations detailing outlets, switches, and plumbing elements
Ensured documentation accuracy through cross-checking with 360° walkthrough data
