On a prominent Dallas corner lot, this 2,798 sq. ft. property, formerly a pet shop, is being redeveloped into a high-end retail store. With visible signage and adjacent parking, the site offers strong storefront visibility and customer access. DCMS conducted a comprehensive survey of architectural elements, façades, and building systems to deliver precise as-built documentation. This data supports design, permitting, and renovation, ensuring the space can be adapted for premium retail use while maintaining functional infrastructure.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS executed a laser-based survey using Matterport Pro3 with LiDAR technology, ensuring millimeter-level accuracy for architectural and MEP elements. The resulting documentation provided the client with a reliable digital base for retail renovation and interior layout planning.
