Located in Basehor, Kansas, this 1,750 sq. ft. coffee shop sits on a visible corner lot with outdoor seating and private parking. Large floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural light, creating a warm customer environment. The layout integrates a front-facing service area, prep and storage zones, restroom, and BOH facilities. Designed as a compact but efficient hospitality space, its exposed ceiling infrastructure, suspended lights, and fixed furniture demanded precise documentation to support renovations and design updates.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS used Matterport Pro3 scanners with LiDAR to capture the site, enabling a precise CAD package for layout adjustments and planning. The survey ensured dimensional fidelity and provided designers with a reliable digital twin.
