Situated within the renowned Bal Harbour Shops, an upscale shopping destination in Miami known for its luxury retail and distinctive architectural design, this two‑level Cavalli boutique spans approximately 2,130 sq. ft. on the second floor. The space combines sales areas with service and mechanical zones, offering high ceilings and premium finishes that demanded precise documentation to guide ongoing renovation and design phases.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS combined field surveys with Leica RTC360 LiDAR scanning, achieving rapid, precise data capture and producing detailed documentation to support design decisions for both retail and back‑of‑house areas.
Integrated laser‑measured field data with RTC360 scans for millimeter‑level accuracy
