Positioned within the iconic Bal Harbour Shops in Miami, this 1,950 sq. ft. Burberry retail space sits on the first floor of one of South Florida’s most prestigious luxury shopping destinations. Known for its curated mix of high‑end brands and architectural elegance, the site offered a unique opportunity to capture a space in active transformation, supporting precise design decisions during construction and remodel phases.

Our Role & Technology
Using Leica RTC360 LiDAR, DCMS achieved fast, precise scanning with automatic point cloud alignment, paired with field surveys to deliver an accurate digital twin.
Performed a precise survey of sales and service zones, including BOH millwork areas.
Mapped and modeled the existing conditions to provide designers with a dependable digital reference.
Integrated multiple phases of field data (surveys and scans) into a coordinated LOD 300 Revit model.
