Project Overview
For the 3,000 sq. ft. Balenciaga boutique in Honolulu, our team conducted a precise as-built survey to support high-end renovations and interior updates. Using LiDAR scanning and BIM modeling, we delivered a full digital representation of existing conditions, ensuring all modifications aligned with the brand’s design vision. This project is part of a broader ongoing collaboration with Balenciaga across various locations in North America.

Our Role & Technology
Using terrestrial LiDAR, we captured key architectural data to create point clouds, CAD plans, and a LOD 300 Revit model for seamless renovation. Tools used:
