Located in Miami’s Morningside neighborhood, part of the Upper Eastside, this 2,468 sq. ft. single-story residence blends modern architecture with wrought iron accents, lush gardens, and a private pool. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home offers spacious, light-filled interiors framed by greenery. DCMS documented the existing conditions through detailed measurement and modeling, ensuring technical accuracy to support future renovations and architectural planning.

Our Role & Technology
Our team developed the full architectural model in Revit based on laser-measured CAD drawings, coordinated with field data to ensure dimensional precision and consistency. This workflow enabled the creation of a clean, reliable set of deliverables aligned with BIM standards.
