Project Overview
Located in the quiet residential area of Spring Valley, California, this single-story home spans approximately 1,767 sq. ft. and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, kitchen, dining area, and outdoor terrace. The scan aimed to document existing conditions in full detail to support future renovation or planning. Its straightforward layout and open exterior zones made it ideal for an efficient as-built capture.

“DCMS provided a complete residential survey with speed and accuracy.”
Working with DCMS was smooth and professional from the start. Their team coordinated with the property manager to align the survey with an existing inspection, which made scheduling simple despite the home being tenant-occupied. The process was efficient, with the site visit completed in just one hour and the as-built drawings delivered within the promised five to six days.
