Project Overview
DCMS performed a detailed 3D laser scan and existing conditions survey of a 17,884 sq. ft. luxury estate in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The scope included the main house, pool house, and landscape, supporting future renovations while preserving architectural integrity. Using high-density LiDAR scanning and BIM modeling, our team delivered millimeter-accurate as-built documentation, providing architects and planners with a reliable digital foundation for remodeling and estate enhancements.
