Project Overview
DCMS was contracted to perform a high-precision 3D laser scan of this waterfront residence in Coral Gables, Florida. The objective was to generate a detailed Revit model capturing the existing architectural and structural conditions of the property, providing a solid foundation for the client’s upcoming renovation project.

High-Density Point Cloud Data
LOD 300 Revit Model – Complete 3D model of architectural conditions.
As-Built Documentation: Including elevations, sections and 3D views.
Matterport Virtual Walkthrough – Interactive 360° digital twin for remote design coordination.



Our Role & Technology
To support the renovation process, our team conducted a high-precision survey combining LiDAR scanning and BIM modeling to deliver accurate, design-ready documentation.

Point cloud processing for clean, structured modeling data
3D Modeling using Autodesk Revit software
