Project Overview
Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Kings Point, this residential project covers 7,788 sq. ft. across a main house and a separate pool house. Both structures feature three levels, including basements, communal zones, and private suites. The main house showcases a striking circular staircase with double-height ceilings, while the pool house combines social areas, technical spaces, and bedrooms with sea views. Extensive terraces, green areas, and private beach access required comprehensive surveying for precise as-built documentation.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS executed a 10-day survey combining interior and exterior LiDAR scanning with Revit modeling, ensuring complete coverage of architectural and structural details for both residences.
Captured full exteriors and all façades to document ornamental and structural features
Modeled interior layouts, stairs, and pitched roofs with LOD 300 accuracy
Exported CAD & PDF sets for design, renovation, and project planning purposes
