Located in Miami’s Morningside neighborhood within the Upper Eastside, this 2,718 sq. ft. single-story residence combines modern lines with practical living. Featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, and a spacious terrace, the home emphasizes indoor-outdoor integration. Surrounded by greenery, the project aimed to deliver highly accurate documentation of existing conditions, serving as the technical foundation for renovation planning and architectural coordination.

Our Role & Technology

The DCMS team developed the full architectural model in Revit, integrating laser measurements and CAD files from fieldwork to ensure dimensional accuracy. This coordinated workflow supported the creation of a complete technical set that reflected the property’s layout and architectural features.

Modeled walls, roofs, windows, and the open-frame pergola with precise detail

Produced comprehensive interior elevations to highlight proportions, finishes, and space organization

Integrated architectural and basic MEP components into the BIM model for design coordination
