Project Overview
Located in East Baltimore’s historic Pratt Street corridor, this three-story rowhouse with basement and rooftop terrace spans approximately 5,069 sq. ft. The residence features traditional narrow proportions characteristic of the neighborhood, complemented by modern interior adaptations. DCMS surveyed and modeled the property to support renovation planning, ensuring precise documentation of its multi-level layout and distinctive architectural character.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS used a point-cloud-based workflow to deliver a faithful BIM representation of this multi-level residence. By aligning all levels with the cloud data, the team ensured high precision across walls, ceilings, openings, and fixed elements, providing a solid basis for renovation and documentation.
