Project Overview
In Greenwich’s prestigious Baldwin Farms, this 6,200 sq. ft. modern home rises with striking white façades, expansive glass, and lush natural surroundings. Inside, soaring double-height living and dining spaces blend elegance with openness. DCMS overcame winter snow challenges to capture the entire property, interior, exterior, and attic using LiDAR scanning, producing an exact BIM model and full technical documentation for precise design planning.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS executed a complete LiDAR-based survey, ensuring high precision despite challenging winter conditions, and delivered coordinated BIM outputs to support design workflows.
Modeled all levels, including attic spaces, directly from point cloud scans
Integrated ceiling heights, roof slopes, and essential architectural details
Documented all windows, doors, and lighting systems to ensure accurate design specifications
