Project Overview
This 4,343 square foot retail unit located in Dunwoody Park was comprehensively documented and measured to support the complete remodeling and transformation of a new Lucky Goat Coffee branch location. The commercial space features an open-plan layout design with soaring high ceilings, thoughtfully integrated lighting systems positioned throughout, and clearly separated service and customer zones designed to optimize both operational workflow and guest experience.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS utilized Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scanning to capture every detail of the existing layout. This workflow ensured accurate coordination between the floor plan and ceiling plan, reflecting lighting, HVAC, and mechanical elements.
