Positioned along Taschereau Boulevard in La Prairie, this two-story commercial complex spans approximately 14,643 sq. ft. and accommodates multiple independent retail units with direct street visibility and surrounding parking. Featuring a mezzanine that takes advantage of high ceiling heights, the property contrasts its open retail spaces with compact administrative offices on the second floor. The survey aimed to capture precise conditions to support upcoming tenant improvements and retail planning.
