Set within the commercial core of Rolling Hills Estates, this 4,700 sq. ft. property features two independent office/consulting suites connected by an exterior ramp and surrounded by convenient parking. With a functional layout that balances accessibility and privacy, the site was documented in detail by DCMS to provide a reliable foundation for renovation, technical coordination, and operational planning.

Our Role & Technology
DCMS conducted a complete survey using LiDAR-enabled 3D scanning to capture both office suites and their shared exterior features. This workflow ensured that architectural, structural, and service elements were represented with precision.
Converted laser data into coordinated Revit and CAD deliverables for architectural accuracy
Modeled walls, openings, ceilings, and MEP elements to establish a complete documentation set
Integrated site context, including exterior circulation ramps and parking zones
