Project Overview

DCMS carried out a high-precision LiDAR scan and BIM documentation for the 10,443 sq. ft. Gallery House, located on North Tryon Street in Uptown Charlotte, an area known for its vibrant arts scene and historic architecture. The three-level property features curated art displays and commercial gathering spaces. The goal was to support renovation planning through accurate digital documentation that ensures architectural clarity and informed design decisions.
