This 4,358 sq. ft. second-floor corner unit in Easton Town Center, one of the Midwest's premier retail destinations in Columbus, Ohio, is being adapted for a new Windsor store. The layout features a central double-height zone with an arch feature, expansive sales areas with fixed wall cabinetry, and large windows overlooking the mall corridor. The interior is characterized by distinct floor finishes, generous fitting rooms, and distributed ceiling lighting. DCMS captured a full LiDAR scan and delivered coordinated as-built 3D models to support the future fit-out design.

DCMS executed a Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scan to capture both the sales floor and back-of-house areas, ensuring dimensional accuracy for retail planning. Outputs included CAD, PDF, and Revit deliverables tailored for design integration.

Modeled ceiling luminaires, MEP fixtures, and exposed systems directly from scan data

Delivered digital twin for remote design coordination and client presentations
