DCMS was contracted to document the interior conditions of the Surf Style commercial facility on Estero Blvd in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Severely impacted by Hurricane Ian in 2022, the site required high-precision 3D scanning to support structural assessment and design planning. The survey captured wall layouts, ceiling structures, floor-level elements, and key MEP features to aid in post-storm reconstruction efforts.
