This project marked DCMS’s first scan-to-BIM assignment in Abu Dhabi, developed as part of our ongoing collaboration with James Perse retail stores worldwide. The retail unit, located at The Grove Saadiyat, was under construction at the time of capture, with scaffoldings present across the interior. Despite this, we were able to clearly document the architectural envelope and structural layout, providing a reliable base for spatial planning, façade coordination, and future interior design.
