With visible signage and adjacent parking, the site offers strong storefront visibility and customer access. DCMS conducted a comprehensive survey of architectural elements, façades, and building systems to deliver precise as-built documentation. This data supports design, permitting, and renovation, ensuring the space can be adapted for premium retail use while maintaining functional infrastructure.
