SIMGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IN JACKSONVILLE
Jacksonville, Florida
1,053 sq. ft.

As-Built Plans
Project Overview
DCMS conducted a 3D laser survey and virtual walkthrough for this 1,053-square-foot single-family home located in Northwest Jacksonville, in the quiet neighborhood surrounding Danville Ave.
The scan captured all existing architectural and structural elements—both interior and exterior—to produce accurate as-built documentation. This included high-density point cloud data and georeferenced visuals to support renovation planning and future improvements. The virtual 360° experience also enabled remote review and project coordination.
Deliverables
High-density point cloud and georeferenced orthophotos
2D AutoCAD drawings including plans and elevations
Virtual Matterport walkthrough for remote review
As-built documentation of existing conditions

Our Role & Technology
