Project Overview
For the Brown Subaru Service Center, our team delivered accurate as-built plans to support the renovation works of this 8,200-square-foot auto repair center in Amarillo, Texas. Using our terrestrial LiDAR scanners, we conducted a site survey that precisely captured the structural and architectural existing conditions.
Deliverables
-
High-Density Point Cloud Data – Providing a comprehensive 3D representation.
-
Georeferenced Orthophotos – For structural accuracy.
-
Virtual Matterport Walkthrough – Enabling a complete digital twin experience.
-
Facade & Roof Structural Analysis – Ensuring project viability.
-
2D CAD As-Built Drawings – Including floor plans, elevations, and sections

Our Role & Technology
With the spatial data captured, our team generated a detailed point cloud model, which served as the foundation for creating high-accuracy as-built drawings.
-
Using LiDAR and CAD software, we delivered high-quality documentation including floor plans, elevations & sections.
-
Tools Used: Leica RTC360, Matterport Pro3, Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit.
Key Challenges & Solutions
-
Existing conditions required detailed structural analysis.
-
We used high-density point cloud scanning to capture every detail.
-
Integration of Matterport virtual walkthroughs for better visualization.
